Planning a new home, ADU, garage addition, remodel, or other construction project? The Building & Safety Division’s new Permit Fee Estimator Tool can help you get a preliminary estimate of building permit fees before submitting an application.

The tool is designed to help customers better understand potential permit costs early in the planning process, making it easier to budget and prepare for a project.

Future updates are planned to expand the tool to include additional fees from other County agencies, providing a more complete picture of project-related costs.
